How many conveyors do I need for my fleet?
We always encourage a new customer to just get one Placer in their fleet and try it out.
There is very little risk. In short order you’ll see the response you get. You’ll be able to measure how busy your conveyor truck is. When it’s too busy to support the placing demand, that’s when you can consider looking into adding a second unit. Rule of thumb is 10% of your fleet. Not every job will be a conveyor job and the distance between batch plants and your geographic location can play into how many conveyor trucks are best for your operation.
What is the name of the Puppy?
Oh, you noticed the puppy helping the floor get out a crate of parts. He is more cute than helpful. T’ Serge is getting big and strong and hopefully will be greeting you at the door if you ever come to visit. Doesn’t look like he’s quite ready to sit much yet.
